Use of the service
FL7P is a card game for Slack. You may use it for personal or professional entertainment within your Slack workspace. You agree not to use FL7P in any way that violates Slack's terms of service or applicable law.
No warranty
FL7P is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of FL7P, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to FL7P at any time, for any reason, without notice. You can stop using FL7P at any time by uninstalling it from your Slack workspace.
Intellectual property
FL7P is an independent, unofficial implementation of a press-your-luck card game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Op Games or USAopoly, LLC. "Flip 7" is a trademark of USAopoly, LLC. FL7P does not use the Flip 7 logo or any other proprietary assets belonging to The Op Games. The game mechanics implemented here (press-your-luck card drawing, number collection) are not proprietary.
Flip 7 is a fantastic game. If you haven't played the real thing, we highly recommend picking up a copy from The Op Games.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of FL7P after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
